  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier partner and location.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a small additional fee (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to:

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
EasyHomeLife is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.


7. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is resolved.
