Return Eligibility:

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is missing parts

Return Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof (images/videos) is required for approval

How to Request a Return:

  1. Go to the Contact Us page

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and images/videos

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the process

Refund Process:

  • Once the return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Important Note:

Returns may not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
